Category: gphoto2 Group: None Status: Open Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Submitted By: Trey Blancher (trey_blancher) >Assigned to: Marcus Meissner (marcusmeissner) Summary: gphoto2 not seeing images stored in camera Initial Comment: I have a Kodak Easy Share C330 that is detected OK by gphoto2 (gphoto2 2.1.6), but it doesn't see any of the photos on the camera. I can use the camera to browse the taken photos, so I know they're there, just gphoto2 doesn't see them (and consequently neither does digiKam). I know this used to work because before I had to reinstall my OS (Gentoo amd64), this same camera worked fine with whatever version of gphoto2 I was using then. I did have to send the camera off for mechanical service, but since it was a mechanical problem I didn't think they'd touch the firmware on the camera. I tried browsing the camera's file structure with gphoto2 --shell, but both stores (internal camera memory and memory card) appear to be empty. But I know the images are there, since I can view them directly on the camera. Marcus Meissner told me to submit a bug and attach the output of gphoto2 -L --debug, which I have done. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Marcus Meissner (marcusmeissner) Date: 2006-08-27 20:19 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=48092 We added a fix to the libgphoto2 2.2.0 release. please try it.
