In camlibs/ptp2/library.c the usb device 0x04a9 0x30ef is listed for it. But lsusb show 0x04a9 0x30ee. After changing this and recompiling, the camera is detected correctly and works w/o problems. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Hubert Figuiere (hfiguiere) Date: 2005-04-30 15:53 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=27487 The thing is that camera has two modes. Normal and PTP. Normal mode is the default, 0x30ee. PTP mode is 0x30ef, but the camera need to be switched in that mode. Make sure you are in the right mode. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Hubert Figuiere (hfiguiere) Date: 2005-04-30 15:47 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=27487 please provide the output of /proc/bus/usb/devices ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=108874&aid=1193082&group_id=8874 |
