Hello I am a newer about Gphoto and Libphoto. I want to use gphoto2 on my raspberry PI to control 5d make II. But I have suffer a trouble when I want to install the libgphoto2-2.5. At first i use command "apt-get install gphoto2" But the version is too old that can't control the Canon camera. And then I want to install the latest version of gphoto2 manually. But there is some errors. I untar the tar.bz2 file on my mac ,and transfer them to my raspberry. And I type the commands below: "./configure --with-prefix=/usr --with-camlibs=canon make make install( I login as root)" At last ,I get the error massage: " libtool: install: error: cannot install `libgphoto2.la' to a directory not ending in /usr/lib make[2]: *** [install-libLTLIBRARIES] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/pi/libgphoto2-2.5.0/libgphoto2' make[1]: *** [install-am] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/pi/libgphoto2-2.5.0/libgphoto2' make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1 " I am not very good at linux, and I don't know how I can fix the errors. I want your help. Thank you. Another question: Can gphoto2 control two cameras at same time? I want to shoot some stereo clips with two cameras? Best wishes, Bo Li form China. |
