Could you try editing libgphoto2/camlibs/ptp2/library.c and in this line: {"Canon:Powershot G6 (PTP mode)", 0x04a9, 0x30b3, PTPBUG_DELETE_SENDS_EVENT|PTP_CAP|PTP_CAP_PREVIEW}, remove the "PTPBUG_DELETE_SENDS_EVENT|" part? It seems the camera does not send events and this might confuse the protocol stack :/ Ciao, Marcus |
