I am using libgphoto2 2.4.7 and gphoto2 2.4.7. I am using both the ---camera and --port attributes which I tought suppose to work according to this: http://www.nabble.com/multiple-ptpip-cameras-connected-over-usb-td24090139.html. However, while camera #1 is connected and completed capturing successfully, as soon as I connect camera #2, camera #1 fails to then capture again. Both cameras are detected correctly with gphoto2 --auto-detect: Model Port ---------------------------------------------------------- Canon PowerShot S2 IS (PTP mode) usb: Canon PowerShot S2 IS (PTP mode) usb:001,008 Canon PowerShot S2 IS (PTP mode) usb:001,007 Please see attached log (fc11_libgphoto2-2.4.7_multi_cam_failure.log) How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. install gphoto 2.4.7 and libgphoto2 2.4.7 on FC11. 2. Connect camera #1 3. Sucessfuly set properties and capture from camera #1: /usr/local/bin/gphoto2 --camera "Canon PowerShot S2 IS (PTP mode)" --port usb:001,007 --set-config capture=on --set-config zoom=60 --set-config iso=0 --set-config ownername=dan --set-config capturetarget=0 /usr/local/bin/gphoto2 -camera "Canon PowerShot S2 IS (PTP mode)" --port usb:001,007 --capture-image-and-download --force-overwrite --filename=webcam.jpg 4. Connect camara #2 5.
