Hello, I have borrowed a Canon PowerShot G5 and have been able to use gphoto2 in PTP mode to capture images (using --capture-image -F 1 -I 1). I then tried doing --capture-thethered I got message: "Waiting for events from camera. Press Ctrl-C to abort." I tried pressing the shutter button but nothing happened. Since this camera is in PTP mode, would you expect capture-tethered to work? If not, what criteria could I use to know which camera should work--is there something special about Nikon D70s? best, anon -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/tethered-capture-options-tf4525927.html#a12945607 Sent from the gphoto-user mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |
