Could you add support for Opus Audio File Format into GPAC Framework please ?

FYI, the spec is now maintained on GitHub:
https://github.com/VFR-maniac/Mp4Opus

It's on our radar, but it's only a draft at the moment. We need to review it to see if it's ok to be implemented. Then, we will implement it. In particular, we are interested in recording WebRTC sessions (Opus+H264) in MP4. We just don't have the time ...
