i am having a similar problem but the other way around outlook calendar does not sync to google- no error message - i tried syncing only calendar without time limits and got error messages :
"Warning | Skipped Outlook appointment because error accessing the properties (GoogleId reference)"

please check again with upcoming 4.1.32 version, I switched from ExtendedProperties.Shared to ExtendedProperties.Private__
no response, so I consider it as closed
