when contacts are changed in Outlook and then synced, the contact is not updated, new information is not being transferred. only new contacts are synced (not already in google contacts).
did you wait 1-2 minutes after a sync run to change a contact? There is some time tolerance to cater time difference problems. And what is your sync setting? Only from GoogleToOutlook or vice versa?
