#803 Outlook Calendar items created via Zoom plugin not syncing to Google

Hi, I have been using GCSM for some time and it has always synced everything fine. A few weeks ago I noticed that some of my calendar appointments in Outlook were not appearing in my Google calendar. Looking at the ones that are not syncing I noticed that they are all calendar entries that I have created using the Zoom plugin.

I have attached a cut down logfile (I have hundreds of contacts that I sync which are not affected and I don't want to share. There are also many calendar entries for family birthdays - which I have removed from the logfile.

The example I would point to is the "Thursday Night Quiz" at 8.10pm. This is an invite created with the Zoom plugin and this calendar invite does not appear in my Gmail calendar even though GSCM says it has synced it. The "Pilates" invite on Wednesday at 7pm is not one I created but a Zoom calendar invite sent to me that I accepted - this has synced fine. The two calendar pictures I have attached show the calendar for my Outlook and the same for my Google calendar. You will see there are a number of entries missing - they are all Zoom meetings that I scheduled in Outlook with the Zoom plugin active.

Any ideas as to what's going on?

You are synchronizing only 1 month of past:
"2021-01-14 07:50:27 DBG MonthsInPast: 1"
and this "Thursday Night Quiz - 4/30/2020" is outside of sync range?

Hi obelix,

The appointment in Outlook is a re-occuring appointment starting on Thursday 30 April 2020 and ocurring every Thursday, ending 28 February 2021. As there is an entry in my Outlook calendar for Thursday each week I assumed that it would be synced over to my Google calendar? I changed my sync window to 12 months in the past and it made no difference, the entry has not synced to Google.

Anything else I can try?

can you try to set the months past to 0, which will sync all appointments in the past?

Or with newest version 4.1.28, just uncheck the "months in past" checkbox to sync all appointments
