I updated from Office Professional 2019 Plus to Microsoft 365 Personal. My GO Contact Sync Mod is version 4.1.13. The log files seem to indicate that Microsoft 365 is supported but I get | Error | Outlook contact folder is not selected or invalid!

The link for "Fixing Office Installation" is from 2016 so I'm not sure it applies in this situation.

I have attached logs from yesterday (when it worked) and today (which includes the error).

Any suggestions for fixing this issue?

Unfortunately this is NOT a GCSM problem, it is a problem of your Outlook installation. Obviously the new Office installation broke the Interop Com connection between GCSM and Outlook.
