#1334 Problem sync Go Conct Sync Mod 4.1.28 x

Hello, as of today 01-31-2022, I have updated the Go Conct Sync Mod 4.1.28 version, because that is how the previous version that I had installed announced me. At the end of the data transfer, I have observed that my outlook program (M. Office Prof. lus 2019 64b) does not include the data and appointments that I have in the Google agenda. From what I think I will have to go back to the previous version...

I want to say that at the end of the data transfer, I have noticed that my outlook program does not include the new appointments that I have in the Google calendar. I have returned to version 4.1.25 which does not give me problems and syncs correctly.

Can you please provide your log file? And a screenshot of your settings screen? Please check, what you have set in the "Future months" and "Past months settings". Maybe you configured 0 there, which means since version 4.1.27, that no months in past/future will be synched, previously, this 0 was highlighting to not restrict into the past/future. And Please also take note about the new checkbox "Only sync when idle". If you have checked this, it will only sync, once your PC is idle for several minutes, not not interfere your Outlook experience

Hello! grateful for your answer, true that I had not realized that detail. I am attaching a screenshot of the program now running version 4.1.25. Can you advise me on what would be the configuration way so that Google and Outlook data are always updated in one direction and another? in the Month (past) and month (future) section I put the maximum? 1000??? It would be good??? If I put in "0" I understand that it does not synchronize previous and subsequent records?

this screenshot is an old one from version 4.1.25. in version 4.1.28 your setting should be changed like follows: uncheck the months in future and let the 1 in the months in past, + uncheck the "sync only when idle" checkbox

Hello Florian, I am tremendously grateful to you for helping me configure the new version 4.1.28 which, after your advice, runs smoothly again. I understand that I had not realized that you have included new configuration options. Go Contact Sync is a perfect tool that I have been using for years to be able to have the same information on my Android smartphone and Outlook.

• I see that in your image settings you have "Outlook to Google only" active. In my case, sometimes I write notes in the calendar of my smartphone and I'm interested in them also appearing in Outlook on the PC, what do you think?

I confirm the BUG exist.
Version 4.1.28 doesn't properly sync the appointments in the calendar (both sides from google or from outlook)

re-installing an older version the bug disappear

Hello, if you configure it as Florian explained, it will synchronize correctly, I had the same problem and I have solved it thanks to your advice.
