Hello, love your product keep up the good work! I would like to report a bug ever since the upgrade to 3.11.16. Every single one of my reoccurring appointments, if deleted from Outlook are prompting a "Conflict detected." My options are to Keep Outlook, Keep Google or Skip. No matter what I choose, it comes up with every sync. What I have to do as a work around is go and edit the reoccurring event to a start later date and then I can get it to stop prompting until I delete the next occurrence, that is. I've attached my log file. Thank you for any help you can give.

I've the same problem. I can't even use Jennifer's work around as the appointments were already deleted both in Outlook and Google.
    What solution do you have?

PS. By the way, I don't think is good that I can see Jennifer's log. That should remain a private thing between her and you.

I believe this is my problem as well. It started after a recent update. I had deleted an event from a recurring series, eventually on both Outlook and Google, and I still get the conflict "both have changed" message . I tried keeping the Outlook, then the Google entry, then skipping, etc. but the conflict comes up with every sync even though there are no events to sync. In the summary it's even saying it synced them.

I even reinstated the Outlook entry from my trash but it still got the conflict even though I said to keep the Outlook event. Then I deleted it again, but still getting the conflict message.

I am having more and more of these errors now with every sync because I have deleted more recurrences. I didn't want to delete any of the log files because I was worried it might re-sync everything and create duplicates. How to correct this?

This is what I saw in the log file that I think is relevant.

As you can see, it is replicating dates, etc. so not matching up.

    Any answer about it?

  • Jennifer Matchus

No answers here. Still happening and having to do my re-occurrence rule edit every time rather than being able to just delete the event.

I am also experiencing this and I also have this issue if I delete on the Google side (rather than delete on the Outlook side). So for me a delete (or even a change of time) of a single instance of a recurring event on either side causes a conflict when ever there is a sync.

Same issue. Problem seems to occur if I make a change to or delete an individual event from a recurrence. i.e. Weekly meeting every Wednesday is cancelled for next week so I delete just that occurrence, or next week's meeting is changed from Wed to Thurs, or from 9am to 10am, so I modify that one occurrence. Changes are usually made on the Google side and synced to Outlook. Have the past 1 month and future 12 months of appts set to sync. Repeated conflict warning can be from appts more than 1 month old. I resolve by telling it Google wins. If I immediately synch again (nothing has changed on either side), get the same conflict again.
