When lauching bmeps.exe, pnm.dll is required.
However, I couldn't find the dll in the packages
mentioned in the requirements of the man pages.

    bmeps.exe asks for a pnm.dll file, not pbm.dll.

    And neither are in the latest netpbm.dll package. Probably
    forgot to put them in the archive?

    I now see what's the problem: beginning with major version
    10, netpbm has one dll instead of 4. If you copy netpbm.dll
    to pnm.dll, then bmeps probably will work.
