Provides native Win32 open source ports and utilities

After resolution of 1081475, downloaded new packages:
06C4ABF77D5B92DD788F8B188DEEB70E gdbm-1.8.3-1-
bin.zip
0E1A9DDED236E9D4C4884125EB8228BC jwhois-3.2.2-1-
bin.zip
testgdbm now works as expected. Thanks very much.
However, MSVC's DEPENDS.EXE tool shows that
jwhois.exe (dated April 14, 2004, 10:37:00 PM as
explorer shows it in Eastern Standard Time, MD5
08EC7E27E7F5A00D011E74C9E6CE2858) depends on the
following (compatibility?) functions, which are no longer
exported from the latest gdbm3.dll:
dbm_close
dbm_fetch
dbm_open
dbm_store
