#236 curr_arrow_headfilled patch

The only usage of curr_arrow_headfilled=3 is in the
test command of term.c

do_arrow happens to interpret this as it does the value 1.

Attached is a patch to change the 3 to a 1 in term.c

I think the idea was that some terminals (particularly
metapost.trm) might want to offer fancier arrowhead styles
in the future. But you are right, none of the current
terminals use values higher than 2.
