Patch #991819: relative coordinates

Could somebody please have a look at patch #991819 which fixes the
inconsistency of relative coordinates (arrow rto) when using logarithmic
axes. It also enables to mix screen coordinates with the other types in 3d
plots. If this patch will be accepted I can go on and programme offsets
for different types of texts.
