The macOS (ARM and Intel; fully self-contained) binaries are available in the usual location: https://csml-wiki.northwestern.edu/index.php/Binary_versions_of_Gnuplot_for_macOS I compiled the ARM version on a new Mac, so let me know if you encounter any issues. Compared to earlier versions, I now also included the WebP terminal.
