Yes. But the OP is using the latest Ubuntu. Be aware that Gnuplot 6 will not build (out of the box) on Ubuntu due to a packaging error with Qt. This is on the Ubuntu maintainers' todo list but Ubuntu users are likely to be stuck on Gnulplot 5.4 for a long time yet.
