include gnuplot executables/sources in third-part application

Dear all,

Without going to the licenses and read it, I ask: Am I allowed to=20
include gnuplot 4.0 windows executables and/or sources in my open-source =

application? AFAIK octave does that, but it is better to ask, just in cas=
e.

I don't know if this is a relevant information , but at installation =20
time the user can choose not to install gnuplot, if he or she so desires.=
