Ah.  Well, in that case, I hereby propose that this driver be called "set
terminal Anthem", in reference to Douglas Adams' novel "Dirk Gently's
Holistic Detective Agency".  Including a proper dedication of the work in
the source code, or even in the docs.  ;-)
