This has actually been reported by two other people in the Bug Tracker,
too.  Which reminds me: active developers should be subscribed to
gnuplot-developers, which will get you immediate notification of any
changes to the various Tracker pages at SF by mail.  At the moment it
appears only me and Clark Gaylord watch that at all.

As to the problem: it looks like your wgnuplot.hlp build is somehow tied
to Czech.  I have no idea how that would happen.
