Binary packages for OS/2, W32 and W32+X11 are in the directory files/ at the
gnuplot sf web page. Release date is written as April 16. The file is called
400.zip. Plese unzip it and move to proper FILES .. I don't know how.

They should also go to
	/home/groups/g/gn/gnuplot/ftp
together with the source .tar.gz and ANNOUNCEMENT to replace the older one.

Please copy this ann. to file announcement-gnuplot_4_0.txt on the web page
so that it gets mirrored.

Looking forward to the announcement.
