Ok here: I have gotten www.gnuplot.info back to its previous home (much 
better bandwidth).  ftp.gnuplot.info is not yet moved.

www.gnuplot.info is now mirroring sf.

I have not done the proper CVS editing of webpage stuff; just a q&d html 
hack.  I will review my CVS checkout and try to get that right.
