FYI: Web ViewCVS broken *again*...

Hello, everyone,

I just noticed that again (at least for the third time, now),
our CVS repository causes that ViewCVS Python exception if you try
to look at the main gnuplot directory.

Again, the troublesome lines appear to be in install-sh,v.

Support Request to the SF.net team is under way.
