IMHO, people listed in docs/titlepage* are those spending an enormous amount
of time on gnuplot development (new features, patches, documentation,
reviews of work of others), support, and other activities over a period of
at least several years.

People kindly contributing patches (incl. new features) get the proper
credit in ChangeLog file.
