I propose the date when gnuplot 4.0 gets released, both webs should be
unified (redirect?).

Or maybe we can even do it now to get more attraction? May not be so bad
idea. Is it only index.html what's there? Then, it should become
index373.html to be saved for future.

I think I took all the relevant info from gnuplot.info, so that site is no
longer needed.
