[Gnuplot-info] Query

Hi all,
	I am new entrant to this list. I and my friend were trying to 
start a project for "3D-plotting from Octave" this would basically make an 
opengl model sort-of for the plot, so that it can be viewed from any direction, we can later think of adding other properties like 
lighting if they are found useful. I would like to know if any such 
project is already underway.
	Any suggestion for this project are also welcome.
