[Gnuplot-bugs] 'set view map' and rotation

Hi,

when using 'splot' together with 'set view map' I can still
rotate the plot using the keyboard, whereas rotating by mouse
is disabled. Is that behaviour intended? I am using the windows
terminal. Do other terminals behave the same way?
