[Gnuplot-bugs] Is it a bug?

I have found that 'set arrow... size...' do not work in size.
set arrow 2 to 0,2.0 size 100,30 filled ls 2
does the same that 
set arrow 2 to 0,2.0 size 0.2,30 filled ls 2
does. The full text is attached.
I have MS Win32 (98 or XP), PS installed is AFPL Ghostscript 7.03.
