Alternate version of Gnuplot 5.2.3 for OS X

Hello,

Here is an alternative version of Gnuplot 5.2.3 compiled for OS X:

It includes the GNU readline functionality and also has the PDF terminal
(which, even though deprecated, works very well and is widely used).
