[Gnuplot-bugs] dev win32 binary problems with terminal types

With 4.3 and 4.5 binaries, I can only get windows and wxt terminal types to
plot (not pngcairo, for instance).  Using the wxt terminal type, the
wgnuplot process stays in the background after closing the plot window.
