I need to plot a lot of plots like :

This plot is made with gnumeric, but it is very time-consuming to make it and it
don't look really good in ab lates dokument. This is why I want to plot it in
gnuplot. But days of googleing didn't show me how.
Is this possible in gnuplot? If yes how?
I know how to plot a polar plot but I can't get the log scale!
