Just wanted to confirm my understanding on the license, which you can
read here:

Can I produce a binary from the official source, unmodified and
distribute that binary, excluding any source code, provided the
copyright notice is included in that distribution?
In other words, suppose I were to write a program which depends upon
gnuplot, and I need to distribute my program along with gnuplot as its
dependency, can I just include it as-is?
And if I were to use a modified distribution version, e.g. of Ubuntu, I
would include the copyright notice and version information from the
Ubuntu version to clearly mark that this is a modified binary. Correct?
