[Gnuplot-info] splot and x2range

Dear gnuplot users and developers,

I am using version 4.2 patchlevel 2.

I would like to put x axis on top of the graph using SPLOT command. Is there
such possibility?

I know how to do it with PLOT command but it does not seem that axes keyword
is implemented for SPLOT.

No.  3D plots don't support secondary axes.  No x2range, no x2tics.

All right, by chance, is there a trick to do contour with the plot command.
I actually do not want to have z axis as in 3D plot but only a 2D plot with
cbrange.
