I have an issue with x axis, in which from a data file should show every
singla day from 3 of dec 2010 to 31 of the same month as below:
set xdata time
set timefmt "%m/%d/%Y"
set x range ["12/03/2010 09:00:00":"12/31/2010 19:00:00"]
set format x "%m/%d"
set timefmt "%m/%d/%Y %H:%M"
But my png file (graph) only shows 3 dates, so the plot is compacted.
How do I make to show evry single date?

That sequence makes no particular sense. The input format for 'set
xrange' is the one you specified with timefmt before.

What do you mean by "shows a date"? You're not seriously expecting
gnuplot to output 28 x axis tickmarks on this plot, and label every one
with a 5-character date string, are you? That's 150 characters on a
single axis, i.e. massive overprinting and/or total lack of readability.
