Check out the program ode(1) from the plotutils¹ package.
Your mail headers suggest that you may use a windows box. If so,
you'll have to try googling for any information on a port of ode(1)
to that platform.
Ode generates data file which list the value of the specified system
of ordinary differential equations at various points; gnuplot can plot
those files using the "<datafile>" syntax to its plot command.
If you cannot use ode(1), you can use something like maxima, scipad,
octave, sage or other algebra/calculus system to convert the diff-eqs
into samples which gnuplot can plot.
