Hi,

Actually, I'm sure that the fit fonction is what I'm looking for.

I have a "cloud" of points x,y,z.

I am using
splot "file.dat" us 1:2:3

And I would like to know if there is an existing fonction which fill the 
gap between the points.

if your data are expected to be on a surface which you are able
to describe with a function, then you could fit this function to
your data.

but if your data are non-gridded and you are looking for some
interpolation mechanism have a look at
