[Gnuplot-info] JPEG Terminal Type For Windows Version Of GNUPlot

JPEG is not a listed terminal type on the Windows version of GNUPlot 
(V4.2).  Is there something else I need to install for this to work or 
is it just not supported for the Windows Version.  I see that PNG and 
GIF are supported and are using libgd, so I am not sure why JPEG would 
not also be listed.

Because JPEG wasn't in the GD library used by whoever built the Windows 
binary you're using.
