No. As the saying goes, the sky's the limit. That said, the practical
limit is that a plot of such a time series will be quite completely
unreadable, regardless of whether gnuplot can make one or not. Consider
that your entire computer screen only corresponds to a few Megabyte of
data --- how is that going to manage to hold the information from a few
million floating-point numbers and still leave you with something you
can visually decode?
