Hi,
I'm very new to all of this stuff, so please excuse me if this is considered a dumb question for those who are veterans of the open source world...
I am trying to install gnuplot on OS X 10.3. I already installed AquaTerm (from the .dmg file I downloaded from the web) and X11 (from the Mac OS X - XCode Tools CD). However, hen I attempt to run the gnuplot.pkg installation file, i get the following message:
"gnuplot cannot be installed on this computer. X11 is required to install this version of gnuplot. Install it from your Mac OS 10.3 install CD. If you are running 10.0 - 10.2.8, get X11 from e.g. http://www.xfree86.org
If you do have X11 installed, please file a bug report at http://gnuplot.sourceforge.net"
What have I done wrong???
Thanks,
Vanessa
