I want to use a terminal chain, especially a chain with 2 elements (like
unix tee command).
To explain, I want to have output to x11 and epslatex at the same time,
without to modify the script and run it again. Is it possible in 4.1?

No. But you don't have to modify a script just to let it run on
different terminals. Just don't put any set term or set output commands
in the script itself, and you can
set term push ; set term epslatex
set output 'my.eps'
set term pop
You can even put the above in a script, write $1 instead of
'script.gpl', and 'call' it:
call 'to_epslatex' 'script.gpl'
