[Gnuplot-info] Plotting Delta Data

Hello together,
I have a data file with the Temperature of something and the time.
Now I want to plot the change in Temperature for every time-intervall 
(the Delta Temperature :) ).
Is that somehow possible?

Possible: yes.  But gnuplot won't do it for you.  You need to compute 
the deltas outside gnuplot, e.g. with a little Perl or awk script.  Once 
you have such a filter program, you can use it from inside gnuplot:

	plot '< awk -f deltas.awk datafile' using 1:2
