Hello
I have found the web page written in Japanese about wxt terminal on windows.
Please try to add the below
bind "Close" "if (GPVAL_TERM eq \'wxt\') exit gnuplot; else exit"
in the top of the your gnuplot script.
I have not tried myself so that I do not know the above will work or not.
