[Gnuplot-info] how to set arrow according to y2 axis?

Dear All,

I would like to set arrow to label something which is drawn according to y2
axis, thus if I can use coordinate y2 for locating arrow, that would be very
convenient if I readjust coordinate of y2, which will make the plot shift as
well.

Given that the information you're looking for is right there in the 3rd 
paragraph of "help set arrow", I really wonder how you might have 
managed to miss it when you looked there, before asking here...

set arrow 1 from <x1>, second <y1> to <x2>, second <y2>
