Hi everyone,
I have a question about the floor() function in gnuplot.. It seemed to me
as if floor() function only works for values where the mantisa is less then
2^31 .. Is this the intended behavior ?
See below:
gnuplot> print floor(2147483648.52366)
-2147483648
gnuplot> print floor(2147483647.52366)
2147483647
gnuplot> print floor(2147483649.52366)
-2147483648
gnuplot>
This also spins out another question. Is it possible to define any variables
as "unsigned" in gnuplot?
I am using a precompiled windows binary for gnuplot 4.0 that i downloaded
from gnuplot website.. (gp400win32.zip)
I did search the mailing list archives before this email for "floor" but
couldn't hit anything related to this.
