[Gnuplot-info] set arrow problem

I modified gnuplot in bash
I did like below :

for freq in 001 002
do

case "$freq" in
001)
n1_001=0.047085
;;
002)
n1_002=0.024406
;;
esac

gnuplot << EOF

set arrow 1 from "20080824", "n1_${freq}" to "20100522", "n1_${freq}" nohead
lc rgb "blue"
plot "input-${freq}.dat" using 1:(\$2) with lines notitle

EOF

done
***

I want to change n1_${freq} is 0.047085 for freq=001, and 0.024406 for
freq=002, but, unfortunately it didn't work.
Maybe, I must put some tricks?
Any help is greatly appreciated

use only one variable, 'n1' instead of 'n1_001' and 'n1_002':
