[Gnuplot-info] Plotshare: online interface for gnuplot

Hey guys,

about a year ago I was experimenting with new web application frameworks
(orbit for lua as a substitute for php). As a toy project I came up with a
gnuplot online interface.
The idea came to my mind when I was working with a friend on our physics
experiment analysis. I wanted to show him plots without always sending him
the plot itself or the plot file. (We are using gnuplot a lot for fitting
and stuff).

Now I am convinced that there are still a lot of bugs in the system and I
haven´t figured out a lot of security issues yet, but I want to know your
opinion about it. Maybe I can gather a list of "want to" features or
improvements that I can work into it.

This looks pretty neat. Of course the first thing I did was:
	plot '-' with linespoints
	1 1
	2 1
	3 3
	4 2
	5 2.5
	6 3
	7 0
	8 1
	e

... and instead of the image I was expecting, I got:
	plot '-' with linespoints
	      ^
	"temp.plt", line 7: Bad data on line 2

	Gnuplot-Script

	set term png transparent nocrop enhanced
	set output 'Plot1.png'

	plot '-' with linespoints

	reset;

I'm not sure why it didn't work, but maybe you can fix it?

Thanks for the tool; I look forward to using it. As for a
wish-list... maybe syntax highlighting and line numbers in the
gnuplot-script section? (But make sure the line numbers don't get in the
way of being able to copy-paste the text straight into gnuplot.)

And one more wish, actually: Could you update it to use 4.4 instead of 4.2?
