[Gnuplot-info] "set size ratio -1" does not work as expected

"set size ratio -1" does not seem to work as expected.  Plot the enclosed
scripts: note that the tics don't appear to have constant spacing and the
circle is an ellipse.  Changing to png output doesn't fix the problem.
This is using 3.7.3 under Fedora Core 2.

Is this a known problem?  Did I foo up the ratio setting somehw?

I tried it with the current version on Windows 4.0.  It could be
fooled by dragging the graph window into a non-standard shape, but by
default, size -1 works nicely.  Including the (GD powered) PNG output.

Version 3.7.3 is old.  Please update to 4.0.0 ASAP.  Given the man-power
situation in the project, we really can't afford dealing with problems
in non-current versions.
