[Gnuplot-bugs] about editing file "1"

To whow it may concern,
   Recently I downloaded and installed the Gnuplot software with the  
latest version of 4.2.4. I want to use it to edit the points composing  
files output from DTSA (Desktop Spetrum Analyser)II software. But I  
just could not open it. Could you tell me if there is some command I  
can use to open and edit the file?
   I have attched the file named "1". Please help me to open it.
   You much would be much appreciated!

Hi, if you expect help you'll need to be specific about what you did and
what happened.

"But I just could not open it." tells us nothing.

Please bear in mind that this is a mailing list for bugs and development
not a help forum, please at least demonstrate that you have read the doc
and that some advertised feature is not working as expected.

~Again, be specific about what you expect and what you believe to be not
working and why.
